5 Lbs. ground chuck
2 1/2 c. bread crumbs
3 cloves garlic
1 Large. onion (diced)
salt and pepper
1 Tbls. basil
4 Tbls. parsley
3 Large eggs
1/2 C water
3/4 C. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the above ingredients together, blending well so everything looks well mixed. Form into balls about 2 inches round or whatever size you prefer. Preheat the oven to 400º Place the meatballs on cookie sheets and put them into the oven. Turning often until the balls are nicely browned. Drain and add to your favorite spaghetti sauce or any thing you want to add meatballs to.
