1 large egg
1 1/2 Tbls. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 of a bagel or similar amount of French bread
2 tsp. cream cheese
1/2 sliced prosciutto or ham
Dijon mustard, for garnish Fresh thyme leaves or chopped chives, for garnish.

Beat the egg and milk together with a fork in a 12 oz. coffee cup, season with salt and pepper. Tear the bread into dime size pieces; stir in. Tear or cut the prosciutto or ham into small pieces; add to the mixture. Sprinkle with thyme. Microwave for 1 minutes 10 seconds Garnish with the mustard and fresh thyme or chives

This recipe is to be made in a 12 oz. coffee cup but I use my 12 oz. Pyrex baking dishes. It's a good idea to place the cup on a plate to catch any spill over.
