Whole portabello mushrooms
olive oil
crushed garlic
parsley
basil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Start with whole portabello mushrooms and slice into thick slices. Coat them with olive oil. Sprinkle with crushed garlic, parsley, basil, salt and pepper.
Grill and serve on large crescent rolls or Kaiser buns.
