10-oz. frozen peas
1 head lettuce
2 bunches chopped green onions
Crisp fried bacon crumbled
Hard boiled eggs
Shredded cheddar cheese

1 c. Hellman's mayo
2 T. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over peas in colander. Layer peas, lettuce and green onions in large bowl.

Spread dressing of Hellman's and sugar over salad. Spinkle with bacon, cheese, cooked eggs, etc. Do not add salt.
