3 cups flour, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. soda, 2 cups sugar, 2 cups cold water, 1/2 cup + 2 tbs. cooking oil, 6 tbs. cocoa, 2 tsp. vanilla, 2 tbs. vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, cocoa, sugar, soda and salt. Mix oil, vanilla, water, and vinegar together and pour over dr ingredients. Mix well. Bake 40 to 50 mins in 350º oven.
