5-6 potatoes (make mashed)
1 lb boca or morningstar farms crumbles or walnut gluten recipe
1 can green beens or frozen (have done both)
1 med to lg onion chopped
1 can tomato soup or spagetti sauce or ultimate pizza sauce recipe
Daiya vegan cheddar cheese or cheddar cheese

Put potatoes on to cook. While potatoes are cookiing saute onion & burger in some olive oil. Add remaining ingredients except cheese & mix together. Pour into baking dish. Cover with mashed potatoes, then cheese. Bake 350º 30-45 minutes or till heated through.

This recipe was in one of the two cookbooks Aunt Nan got for me when I got married. There was also a picture of a woman who looked exactly like my mother, which amazed me. Anyway, I tried this recipe and it became a favorite request of Larry & John. At that time we still ate meat. When I became more health conscious I substituted ingredients and it was still a favorite. I double so there are leftovers. Great for potlucks.
