2/3 cup soft butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 cup sifted flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, egg and vanilla- beat 5 minutes. Sift flour, salt, baking powder together. Alternate adding flour and milk to butter mixutre. Beat on low speed till smooth. Bake 45 to 50 minutes in 350º oven.
