1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 package chocolate chips, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar, egg and peanut butter. Add dry ingredients. Roll out and spread melted chocolate over dough. rolled as jelly roll, chill thoroughly. Slice and bake at 375º for 10 minutes.
