3 C. blended skinned tomatoes
3 C. chopped tomatoes
1/2 C. chopped onion
1 1/2 C. chopped hot banana peppers
1/2 C. chopped sweet peppers
1/4 C. chopped cayenne peppers (optional)
1/2 C. vinegar
3 oz. canned tomato paste
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbls. corn starch
Brown sugar to taste. (3 Tbls. to start)

Simmer the blended tomatoes 1/2 hour, Add the rest of the ingredients except the corn starch, simmer 3/4 hour. Add corn starch and simmer 15 min. Keep boiling while putting into jars. If the lids did not seal, put into a hot water bath for 30 min. Makes about 8 pints.
