Chicken breast
16oz block of Velveeta cheese
1 can of Rotel tomatoes and green chiles
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 package of white rice

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 4 chicken breasts until done (20-30 mins). Then cut the chicken into 2 inch chunks.

In a large skillet pan or even the crockpot you need to melt one 16 oz block of Velveeta cheese with 1 can of Rotel tomatoes, 1 can cream of chicken soup, and 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Continue to stir until the cheese is completely melted.

Cook the rice according to the package directions.

Combine chicken with the cheese mixture and serve over the rice.

It is good to eat with Tostitos chips.

I do not like mushrooms but the cream of mushroom soup adds to the flavor and it is really good!
