8 OZ PENNE PASTA, COOKED
½ GREEN PEPPER, CHOPPED
½ RED PEPPER, CHOPPED
½ MEDIUM ONION, CHOPPED
2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
¾ LB ITALIAN SAUSAGE, (SWEET OR HOT ) (USE BULK OR REMOVE SAUSAGE FROM CASINGS)
2 TSP GARLIC
½ TSP ITALIAN SEASONING
1 26 OZ JAR SPAGHETTI SAUCE
PARMESAN CHEESE

Directions:
BROWN SAUSAGE; ADD GARLIC AND REMOVE FROM PAN. IN SAME PAN, SAUTE’ PEPPERS AND ONION UNTIL TENDER. ADD ITALIAN SEASONING AND SPAGHETTI SAUCE. ADD SAUSAGE AND PASTA. PLACE INTO AN 8 INCH SQUARE BAKING DISH. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES, UNTIL BUBBLY. SERVE WITH PARMESAN CHEESE.
