2 CUPS FLOUR
¾ CUP MARGARINE, MELTED
¾ CUP WALNUTS OR PECANS, CHOPPED
COMBINE ABOVE INGREDIENTS AND PRESS INTO A GREASED 9”X13” CAKE PAN.
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 10 TO 12 MINUTES. LET COOL.

2ND LAYER:
3 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR
1 8-OZ PKG CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
1 12-OZ TUB COOL WHIP
COMBINE POWDERED SUGAR AND CREAM CHEESE. BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH.
FOLD THE COOL WHIP INTO THE CREAM CHEESE/SUGAR.
SPREAD ONTO THE COOLED CRUST.

GLAZE: 1 CUP SUGAR
3 TBSP. CORNSTARCH
1 CUP WATER
1 3-OZ PKG PEACH JELLO

MIX SUGAR, CORNSTARCH AND WATER TOGETHER. BRING TO A BOIL, STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL
THICK AND CLEAR. ADD JELLO AND COOK 2 MORE MINUTES. COOL SLIGHTLY.
RESERVE 1/3 CUP GLAZE AND POUR THE REST OVER THE CREAM CHEESE LAYER. CHILL UNTIL SET.
STIR RESERVED (1/3 CUP) GLAZE INTO SLICED OR DICED FRESH PEACHES, ABOUT 4-5 CUPS.
SPOON PEACHES/GLAZE MIXTURE OVER THE DESSERT. REFRIGERATE SEVERAL HOURS OR OVERNIGHT
