3 cups plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 T. Crisco
Little milk or ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix as you would if making biscuits. Divide into two circles the size of the skillet. On a floured board, knead lightly. Place into greased skillet. Cook on medium heat until lightly browned. Flip over and do the other side.

Serve warm with coffee. Slice as you would a pizza. Serve with butter, preserves, jelly, syrup or honey.
