Unsalted butter, room temperature, for baking dish
6 large eggs, separated
1 c sugar
1 cup flour
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
1 c. whole milk
Topping: 1 ˝ c heavy cream
1 T confectioners’ sugar

Preheat oven to 325. Butter a 9 x 13 pan. Beat eggs yolks and sugar until light and fluffy. In another bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Using a rubber spatula, fold whites and yolks until almost combined. Gently fold in flour – do not over mix.

Spread batter in prepared dish Bake until cake pulls away from sides of dish, 20-25 min. With a small knife scrape skin from top of cake and bake for another 20 min.

Whisk together the three milks and pour evenly over cake. Cover with plastic wrap; and chill for at least 1 hour to 1 day.

Serve with whipped cream
