16 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. sour cream
2 lg. instant vanilla pudding mix
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
24 whole graham crackers.
2 med. bananas sliced and tossed in lemon juice to
avoid darkening
Chocolate syrup
Strawberries for decorations

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Cool Whip, sour cream, and pudding mix until blended; fold in pineapple. On a flat serving dish arrange 8 graham crackers with space between each. Put 1/3 of mixture on these 8 and then arrange 3-4 banana slices and top with another cracker, mixture and bananas and once more. Refrigerate until ready to serve. At serving time decorate with strawberries and chocolate syrup. Serves 8
