3 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
3 cups milk
1 can peas (large one)
salt and pepper (dash)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 3 tbsps. butter in pot until it bubbles. Add flour and mix well. Gradually add milk, until it thickens (hot, but do not boil). Drain juice from peas and add just peas to sauce. Add salt and pepper to season.
