2 cups of sugar
2 cups of flower (White Lily) plain (all purpose)
1 stick of butter
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of oil (Crisco or Wesson)
1/2 cup of buttermilk
6 Tbsp of cocoa butter (Hersey)
2 egss


Icing
1 lb box of powered sugar
6 Tbsp of cocoa
6 Tbsp of buttermilk
1 tsp of vanilla
1 stick of butter

Preheat oven to 350

Sift dry ingredients together and set asside.

Bring to a boil water, oil, cocoa, and butter. Remove from stove. Pour over dry ingredients. Mix well medium speed. Add eggs and buttermilk. Mix and pour on cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes

Icing Preparation
Bring to a boil cocoa, buttermilk and butter. Remove from stove. Pour over the powdered sugar. Add vanilla. Whip until desired texture. It will thick. Spread over hot brownies. Sprinkle pecans on top (optional)
