6 Peppers, minced
6 oz. Tomato Paste
1 1/2 C. White Vinegar
1 Clove Garlic, minced
Olive Oil
1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp. Lime Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the olive oil and saute the peppers and garlic. Stir in the tomato paste and half the vinegar. Heat to a low boil and stir in the rest of the ingredients. Allow to cool and put in a sealable jar.

Make as hot or mild as you like by the peppers you choose. Great for anything from scrambled eggs to stews, seafood to steak!
