1 large can of tomato juice (V8)
1 clove garlic, rub bowl and discard (or crush and leave in)
5 unpeeled tomatoes, chopped
1-1/2 cucumber, chopped
2 cans pimento, chopped
1 large can mushrooms, stems and pieces
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tbsp Worchester sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
