1lb. cream cheese cubed 1/2c. liquid from a jarred jalapeņo chiles .4-6 jalapeņos ,stemmed and sliced into rounds. 2 14oz cans of artichoke hearts, in water, drained and quartered. 8 oz sour cream. 1lb lump crab meat pick out any shells, salt and pepper to taste.1/2c parmesan cheese .toasted pita bread triangles.

in medium heavy pan over low heat, combine the cheese juice, jalapeņos and cook stirring occasionally until the cheese has melted. stir in the artichoke hearts and sour cream. cook until it's heated through. stir in crab meat, salt and pepper, add parmesan cheese . transfer to a small crock pot or a chafing dish to keep it warm
