One 3 lb Cornered beef
One bag carrots clean 5 or6
Large white potatoes 5 or 6
One large onion.
One large head cabbage.

In a heavy Dutch oven pan..Cook cornered beef as directed on the package the seasonings are in the bag and if is very easy. When you have finished with the cornered reduce heat. First add the onion peeled and cut in quarters Next add the carrots..let cook slow when the carrots are just starting to get tender add potatoes and cabbage Let entire pot simmer on low without he lid on until the vegetables are all tender tot he knife. I sometimes let in set in the oven on low if I am running late, I always try to make corn bread with this meal. cook about an hour

This is a great meal and if you want it will cook for several hours on low, also for people who say they do not like cabbage, I will bet you they will eat this. The flavors of the onion, carrots blend to add a sweet smell and taste to the cabbage.
