2 pkgs. of refrigerated chocolate chip cookies (in roll)
1 c. sugar
(2) 8 oz. pkg cream cheese- softened
2 eggs (or 1/2 egg substitute)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. coconut
1/2 C. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cut one roll into slices and pat onto the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan to form the bottom crust.
Cream together: eggs, creams cheese, coconut, walnuts and vanilla. Pour on top of the cookie dough layer.
Open the 2nd package of cookie dough and crumble over the top to form the to the top layer. ( It does not have to cover the entire layer as it will spread out in the oven)
Bake approximately 35 to 40 min. until the cookie layer on top is golden brown. Remove from oven a let cool 1/2 hr. Then cover and store in the refrigerator.
