1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
10 oz.frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 box of jumbo shells ---suggest using 3/4 of box
1 regular container of ricotta (8oz. I think)
1 T.Italian seasoning ---I used a mixture of oregano,garlic,basil and red peppers
1 egg beaten
2 c. grated mozzarella cheese
1-16 oz jar of Alfred sauce--Used Classico

Bring a large pan to a boil and add shells. Cook about 10 min. Drain and cool. Grease a 9x13 pan.

Mix cooked chicken, egg, 1 C mozzarella, cheese, Italian seasoning, broccoli and ricotta cheese until all combined. Stuff cooled shells--don't overstuff.

Place in the baking pan and cover with Alfredo sauce. Top with remaining 1 C mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for for 35 min. -remove foil and bake additional 15 min.
