Ingredients:  
Hot or sweet banana peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion chopped fine
1 egg
1 cup rice
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt, pepper and parsley
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Clean peppers out (leave whole or cut in halves).

Mix beef, onion, egg, rice, garlic and spices. Stuff into cleaned shells.

Mix tomato soup and water good and pour over top of stuffed peppers.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
