1 pkg frozen, chopped spinach
2 slices bacon, finely chopped
1/2 C onion, finely chopped
2 T flour
1 t Lawry's seasoned salt
1/4 t Lawry's seasoned pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach by pkg directions. Drain well. Fry bacon and onions till onions are tender...about 10 minutes on low. Remove from heat and add flour, salt, pepper, and garlic. Slowly add milk, return to heat, and stir until thickened. Add spinach and mix thoroughly. ( Best served in ind ramikins as it can be a little runny.)

For several years my office was in the next block from Lawry's Prime Rib...so I tasted most of the menu. My favorite is creamed spinach and English Trifle for dessert...then decide what else I want to eat. (Trifle recipe is under desserts.)
