1 bunch thin asparagus spears, trimmed
2 T. olive oil
1 1/2 T. grated parmesan cheese (optional)
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
1 t. sea salt
1/2 t. ground black pepper
1 T. lemon juice (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place asparagus into mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat the spears, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Arrange asparagus onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 12-15 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving.
