Ingredients:  
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
4 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped frozen spinach (Undiluted)
Thawed & thoroughly drained
2 cans (2.8 oz.) French fried onions
2/3 c. crushed saltines (about 16 crackers)
¼ c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cream above ingredients together. Stir in french fried onions. Combine: saltines and ¼ c. butter. Sprinkle over spinach mixture. Bake uncovered at 325ºF for 30-35 minutes or until heated through. Yields 10 servings (8x8 dish)
