1 c. pecans
1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter, sliced
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
24 soft caramel candies
¾ c. confections sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Grind pecans in food processor and 1 Tbsp. sugar for 20 seconds, transfer to bowl. In food processor, pulse butter, 1/3 c. sugar, & vanilla until combined. Then add flour. Stir into pecan mixture. Preheat 325°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Roll 1 Tbsp. dough into bowl, press caramel into center, then roll to enclose caramel. Place 2” apart. Bake approximately for 15 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and roll in confectionary sugar before serving.
