1 (18 1/2 oz.) yellow or white cake mix
3 eggs
2 sticks margarine
1 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake, 1 egg, and 1 stick margarine together. Mixture will be thick and doughy. Press into greased, floured 9x13" pan. Mix and beat 1 stick margarine, 2 eggs, sugar, and cream cheese. Pour on top of pressed cake. Bake at 300-325º for 30-45 minutes. Cake will bubble, crack, and become light brown color. It will fall when removed from oven. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
