6 Pork Chops, about 1/2 inch thick
5 apples, cored and peeled, sliced
3 Tablespoons of light brown sugar
2 Tablespoons of butter
Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon nutmeg
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Spray a deep corning ware baking dish or dutch oven type dish with Pam and lay the pork Chops on the bottom. Salt and Pepper to taste. Pile the apple slices on top. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Top with butter slices. Bake 45-60 minutes (depending on your oven) until pork is fully cooked.
