1 2 pound bag frozen cube hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can cream of potato soup, undiluted
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 small onion, chopped fine
8 ounces shredded four-cheese Mexican blend cheese
18 high quality frozen fish sticks

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients except for half of the cheese and the fish sticks. Pour half of the mixture into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with frozen fish sticks. Top with half the grated cheese. Top with the remaining soup mixture. Sprinkle evenly with the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350º, uncovered, for about 35-40 minutes.
