1 C granulated sugar
2/3 C brown sugar
1 C softened butter or margarine
1 C creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 C all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 C rolled oats
1 12 oz package semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugars until smooth. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla and eggs until well blended. Combine dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture until moistened. Add oats and chocolate chips and stir until evenly distributed. Drop by tablespoon onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in a 350º oven for approximately 10 minutes. Let cool about five minutes on baking sheet then transfer to a wire rack to cool
