Cake ingredients:
1 ½ cups sugar
½ cup butter
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
4 cups fresh rhubarb, or frozen (do not thaw)

Topping:
1 ½ cups brown sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar and add the remaining cake ingredients. Mix well and pour into a 9x13 greased glass pan. Mix the topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
