per person: 20 Nantucket scallops

olive oil, butter, garlic powder, crazy salt, crazy pepper
Heat above

Toss scallops in panko

Saute in butter mixture...5 minutes max

Serve immediately


Serve with rice of choice / add frozen peas to rice in last few minutes of rice cooking
