2 skinless thin salmon filets (6-8 ounces each), 3 tbsp stone ground mustard, 2 tbsp creme fraiche or sour cream, 2 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp dried dill weed, 8 ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place salmon filets on baking sheet. Combine the mustard, creme fraiche or sour cream, honey, and dill in a small bowl. Spread on the top and sides of the fish and sprinkle with the bread crumbs just before placing in the oven. Bake 12-15 minutes and serve immediately.
