2 1/2 C sifted flour
1 1/4 t Baking Soda
1 1/4 t Baking Powder
1 t Salt
2 Large Eggs
2/3 C Shortening
1 2/3 C Sugar
2/3 C Buttermilk
1 1/4 C Banana Mashed (3 Large)
2/3 C Nuts, Chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients and sugar - add eggs, cream well. Add 1/3 C buttermilk, beat well, add bananas. Cream well, add dry ingredients alternately with 1/3 C buttermilk, fold 2/3 C nuts.

Bake 350º for 40 minutes in a 9x12 pan.
