1 pound processed cheese
½ cup butter or margarine
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 egg yolks-beaten
½ cup minced green onion
Dash of dried basil
2- 6 ounce crab meat (or canned cocktail shrimp rinsed and drained)
Sliced French bread

Directions:
Melt cheese in microwave oven. Add Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg yolks and flaked crab meat or shrimp. Mix well and spread on slices of French bread. Broil until bubbly.
