2 1/2 lbs. hamburger or ground round
2 1/2 lbs. pork sausage not seasoned
Mix or grind them together
2 1/2 lbs. of potatoes (cooked, peeled, mashed and riced)
1 1/2 onions chopped fine
3 T. salt
1 T. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. ground allspice

Mix together and refrigerate all night. Next day, put in casings which have been soaked and drained once or twice.

To cook: bring water to a boil, put in sausage, simmer for about 2 hours, put in whole allspice and salt when cooking.
