1 lb ground sausage (we like hot or spicy)
1 block cream cheese
1 can Rotel
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage & drain. Add cream cheese. As cream cheese melts, mix ingredients. Add Rotel & mix. You can transfer to a crock pot and serve with tortilla chips or your cracker or chip of choice.

Tip: Some people drain the Rotel and some don't, it depends on how thick you like your dip.

Another Tip: To save time, you can just brown the sausage and put it with the cream cheese and Rotel into the crock pot and heat until melted.
