1 qt sauerkraut
1/2 c diced green pepper
1/2 c chopped celery
1/4 c chopped onion
1/2 c salad oil
1 c vinegar
1 c sugar
celery seed to taste

Directions:
Drain 1 quart sauerkraut overnight. (Do not rinse) Mix in remaining ingredients and let stand a while before serving.
