3 cups oats
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Combine ingredients. Mix well. Spread in 9x13 pan. Bake @ 350º for 20-25 min or until edges are brown. Spoon into bowls. Add milk or whipped cream, fruit toppings, or jam.

We were introduced to this dish at a billet's home in Three Hills, Alberta during a Bible quizzing tournament. We loved it so much that we and at least one of our quizzers asked for the recipe and have made it many times since. It's so easy and delicious for serving to guests.
