1 bag baby spinach or Romaine if preferred
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1 crisp apple, diced (I usually use Gala or Fuji)
1/2 cup Craisins
6 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
3/4 cup toasted pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Toast pecans in 350º oven for 10-12 minutes until crispy. Combine salad ingredients (except Feta and pecans). Immediately before serving, toss with Spinach Salad Dressing (included in Salad section). Top each bowl with pecans and Feta cheese last.
