2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts (I like to use tenders)
4 can of Rotel
2 cans of drained and rinsed black beans
2 cans of drained corn
2 cups of chicken broth
1 cup of lemon juice
1 cup of catsup
2 chopped onions or a handful of dried minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken in a large crock pot
Cover with all of the other ingredients
Cook for at least 6 hours or until the chicken shreds easily, stirring occasionally
Shred chicken and stir
Serve with sour cream, grated cheese, chips and guacamole
