Cream Cheese Mix:
8oz package cream cheese, softened (leave it out for about 2 hours before hand)
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
dash of salt
once whipped add one 6oz package of mini chocolate chips


Chocolate mix:
1 and ½ c. flour
¼ c. cocoa powder (we always used Hershey's)
1 c. sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
in a mixer:
1 c. water
½ c. salad oil (veg. or cal.)
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mini cupcake wrappers
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350

Whip cream cheese mix.

Sift chocolate mix.

Fill cupcake wrappers with ½ chocolate, ½ cream cheese mixture (use a big spoon and butter knife)

Mini cupcakes bake for 15-18 mins, regular 25-30mins
