1 pound hamburger
chopped onion
1 package Taco Seasoning Mix
3/4 cup water
1 can refried beans
2 cups chopped lettuce
1 cup grated cheese

tortilla chips
sliced olives
tomatoes
sour cream.

Directions:
Directions:
Fry hamburger with onion. Drain grease. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer 5 minutes. Lightly grease a 2-quart casserole dish. Spread refried beans on the bottom. Sprinkle with lettuce. Top with meat and cover with cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. To serve, top with crushed tortilla chips, sliced olives, tomatoes, sour cream and Salsa if desired.

Don't be afraid to bake with the lettuce in there. It works out really well - this is a delicious casserole.
