1 large can pork and beans
6 tbsp sugar
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped

Directions:
Place onion and green pepper in skillet with 1 tbsp oil and cook until onions are transparent. Add to beans and sugar. Now add the following ingredients to bean mixture.

2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp mustard

Pour mixture into shallow pan and garnish with 3 strips of unfried bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes to 1 hour or when bacon is done.
