1 yellow cake mix
3 egg
1 stick butter
1 - 8oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 box confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

In bowl: mix cake mix, 1 egg & stick of melted butter. Pour in greased 13x9 pan. (tip: melt butter in pan and pour in bowl)
In separate bowl: mix 2 well beaten eggs, 1 8oz. pkg. softened cream cheese, 1 box of confectioners sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla. Pour on top of cake mixture.
Bake 30-40 min. (uncovered) @ 350º
