1 T butter
1 T flour
2/3 c. beef bouillon
3 T burgundy wine
few grains of pepper
red food coloring, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter on low heat in pan. Add flour and blend. Add bouillon and cook until thickened. Turn down to low. Add wine, pepper and few drops of red food coloring, if desired.
