3 1/2 pounds of frozen lutefisk
2 T salt

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw lutefisk completely.
Place fish skin side down in a baking dish lined with a double sheet of aluminum foil and sprinkle with salt.

Bake at 400º 20 minutes.

Serve with melted butter

Grandma always placed a plate, etc. under the fish to drain the juices away from the fish.
