6-8 slices of Bacon (diced and cooked crispy)
2 8-oz packages of cream cheese (soft)
1 cup mayonnaise
4-6 jalapeņos (chopped and deseed)
1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1/4 cup of diced green onions

Directions:
Directions:
On stove top (medium) combine all ingredients (leaving 1/2 cup of shredded cheese out). Stir to mix well and keep from burning. Once all ingredients are mixed well - transfer to oven proof dish. Evenly sprinkle remaining shredded cheese. Cover with tinfoil and refrigerate till ready to serve. Pop in warm oven to heat up and melt cheese.

I have used a jar of jalapeņos before when fresh were not available.

Another variation of this recipes is to crush Ritz crackers and mix with warm butter. Pour topping on top of dip before dip goes into the oven.
